🎃 Halloween Has Arrived at The Artistic Shepherd!

Welcome to my Seasonal Artwork collection, where dogs, creativity, and the changing seasons come together.

Throughout the year, this page is home to artwork inspired by holidays, seasonal traditions, changing landscapes, and special times of year. For October 2026, however, things are getting a little spookier as I take part in Drawlloween!

🐺 Drawlloween 2026

Alongside my Inktober challenge, I’m celebrating Halloween with a smaller collection of dog-themed Drawlloween artwork.

Rather than creating a drawing every day, I selected a handful of ideas that let me combine my love of dogs with some of my favorite Halloween imagery—werewolves, monsters, jack-o’-lanterns, trick-or-treating, and things that go bump in the night.

My planned Drawlloween pieces include:

• Werewolf Shepherd — a shepherd transformed into a furry Halloween werewolf.
• The Headless Dog Walker — a mysterious headless figure wandering through the night with a shadow hound.
• Cerberus Trick-or-Treating — the legendary three-headed hound taking a break from guarding the underworld to collect some Halloween candy.
• Dog-O’-Lanterns — a glowing pumpkin display featuring jack-o’-lanterns carved with the faces of different dog breeds.
• The Artistic Shepherd Halloween Logo — a special Halloween transformation of my logo featuring a furry werewolf-inspired shepherd and spooky seasonal details.

As these pieces are completed, you’ll be able to find them here alongside my other seasonal artwork.

🍂 Art for Every Season

Halloween is only one part of this collection.

Throughout the year, I use seasonal artwork as an opportunity to explore different colors, moods, subjects, and celebrations. From the warmth and color of autumn to winter scenes, spring flowers, summer landscapes, and holiday-inspired pieces, each season offers something different to bring to the drawing board.

Some pieces are playful, some are peaceful, and others—like this year’s Drawlloween collection—let me venture into something a little stranger.

I’m also taking part in Inktober 2026, where I’m creating an A–Z collection of dog breeds, with 26 breeds representing the alphabet plus Valor the Swiss Shepherd as a wildcard.

🎃 Celebrate the Seasons Through Art

I love having an excuse to take familiar subjects—especially dogs—and reinterpret them for different times of year. Drawlloween gives me the chance to push that idea further and imagine what happens when the canine world meets classic Halloween fun.
