A striking black-and-white Bull Terrier illustration created for Inktober 2026 and the Lexicon Lands A–Z Dog Breed Art Challenge. Featuring expressive ink linework, subtle grey shading, and digital finishing touches, this mixed-media artwork celebrates the Bull Terrier's distinctive appearance and personality.
The second illustration in the Lexicon Lands A–Z Dog Breed Art Challenge!
With its distinctive egg-shaped head, pointed ears, and muscular build, the Bull Terrier is one of the most recognizable breeds in the canine world.
Created as part of my Inktober 2026 art challenge, this illustration features a seated Bull Terrier looking directly toward the viewer. Its distinctive dark eye patch adds contrast to the otherwise light-colored dog, while carefully applied grey shading creates depth and dimension.
The artwork combines traditional drawing and inking techniques with digital finishing touches, preserving the handmade character of the original illustration.
