What happens when the battlefield becomes a card table… and the rules are written by a cheater?

TNT Tabbies is a character illustration from my original dog-themed fantasy TTRPG world Woof&Wyrm.exe, featuring one of the chaotic mini-games forced upon the heroes by the notorious boss villain — Catrick the Cheat.

In this Phase One encounter, the heroes are forced to play a deadly version of Exploding Kittens…
but their standard playing cards have been altered.

Now, every suit carries Exploding Kittens-style mechanics, turning familiar hands into unpredictable hazards capable of skipping turns, forcing draws, triggering explosive effects, or even defusing disaster at the last second.

This artwork captures the mischievous calm before the detonation — a tabby tactician holding dynamite in one paw and a rigged hand of cards in the other, as the heroes unknowingly step into a game where strategy alone may not be enough.

Created digitally in Procreate as part of the ongoing Savior Over Sin art series, this piece represents the escalating chaos that leads into Phase Two of the Catrick boss battle — Undead Tabbies.
