There’s something unforgettable about the moment a dog runs straight toward you—ears back, eyes bright, completely locked into the joy of the moment.

That’s the feeling behind “Full Speed Joy”—a Pitbull captured mid-run, full of life, energy, and personality.

The Inspiration Behind the Artwork:

Pitbulls are often misunderstood, but anyone who’s spent time with one knows the truth—they are incredibly loving, loyal, and full of life.

This piece was inspired by that pure, unfiltered excitement they show when they run. It’s not just movement—it’s emotion. It’s trust. It’s happiness in its simplest form.

I wanted to capture that exact moment where everything else fades away, and it’s just a dog enjoying life to the fullest.

The Creative Process:

This artwork started the traditional way—on paper.

Using a mechanical pencil and kneaded eraser, I sketched out the structure and motion of the dog, focusing on getting that forward momentum just right.

From there, I brought the piece to life with acrylic paint pens, layering in bold color, strong outlines, and bright highlights to emphasize the dog’s energy and personality.

Once the traditional work was complete, I enhanced the final image digitally using Snapseed and Procreate, refining the colors and adding depth while keeping the original hand-drawn feel intact.

This combination of traditional and digital techniques allows me to stay true to the physical artwork while presenting it in its best possible form.

Why Pitbulls Matter in Art:

Art has the power to reshape perception.

Pitbulls are often judged unfairly, but through artwork like this, I aim to highlight their true nature—joyful, expressive, and full of love.

By focusing on movement and emotion, this piece tells a different story—one that reflects the real personality of the breed.
